Service Policy

 If you need to cancel an appointment we appreciate at least 24 hours notice.

 

For some services clients will be asked to make a deposit to hold an appointment time. Your deposit will be applied on the day of your service. Deposits are not refundable for appointments that are not canceled with less than 24 hours notice or for missed appointments.

 

We want you to be happy with your hair! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, we would be happy to make it right for you. We are unable to provide refunds for services provided.
